Over the years a total of 5 buildings, tombs, mosques and a gate were constructed and pretty much left as lost place habitat - within a 90 acres garden. Only from 2009 onwards restoration projects started to preserve this unique historic site. Hopefully this will develop in a small "Central Park" - a bridge, lake, plants and birds are elements to go.
As its not overly hyped in tourist circles chances are high to escape the buzz of tour operators and actually meet some Delhiites when jogging, BBQing or practising yoga.
